Inhibits beta-glucuronidase, an enzyme that recirculates estrogen in the gut. Theoretically helps the body clear excess estrogen more efficiently. Lab and animal studies are promising, but human clinical trials are essentially nonexistent. Generally considered safe. Sometimes combined with DIM for estrogen metabolism support.
