Fisetin
Tier 3 — weak evidence · Senolytic · Anti-aging · Inflammation
A flavonoid found in strawberries that has shown dramatic senolytic effects in animal studies, clearing damaged senescent cells that accumulate with age. The Mayo Clinic senolytic fisetin trial (NCT03675724) is ongoing; as of 2025 no peer-reviewed efficacy RCT has been published, so human evidence remains limited to preclinical and pharmacokinetic studies. Animal longevity data is compelling but has not yet translated to proven human benefits. One of the most actively researched anti-aging compounds. Still considered experimental.
Dose: 100–500 mg/day or intermittent high-dose protocol (1–2 g/day for 2 days per month); experimental
