A mercury compound still found in some traditional Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine products today. Causes irreversible kidney damage, brain damage, and death even at low doses. FDA banned it from over-the-counter drugs. Mercury accumulates in the body over time. Always check traditional herbal products for mercury content before using them.
