BPC-157 (body protection compound)

Tier 4 — risky / avoid · Healing · Gut repair · Peptide

BPC-157 is a synthetic 15–amino-acid peptide copied from a fragment of a stomach protein. Animal studies of tendon, gut, and wound healing are extensive. Published human trials are still essentially absent. The FDA has said it is not eligible for compounding and has warned about products that contain it. WADA bans it. Grey-market vials and capsules vary in identity and purity, and self-injection adds infection risk. Oral and injected products are the same unapproved peptide.

Dose: No established human dose. Animal and underground numbers are not a recommendation.
