A selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM) sold illegally as a muscle-building supplement. Causes a characteristic yellow-tinted vision disturbance due to binding to retinal receptors — this can persist for weeks after stopping. Also causes liver enzyme elevation and hormonal suppression. Banned by WADA. No SARM has completed full clinical development or FDA approval. Quality of online products is extremely poor.
