Sleep-onset stack
Magnesium glycinate, glycine, L-theanine, low-dose melatonin and more — for trouble falling asleep, "tired but wired" arousal, racing thoughts at bedtime.
Focus without stimulants stack
Citicoline, L-theanine, creatine, magnesium L-threonate, bacopa, tyrosine, saffron — sustained attention without raising heart rate or sympathetic tone.
Immune-prevention stack
Vitamin D3, zinc, vitamin C, beta-glucan, probiotics — daily winter resilience with realistic effect sizes. Acute treatment is a different stack.
Post-workout recovery stack

Joint-support stack (non-NSAID)
Collagen peptides, UC-II, omega-3, curcumin, Boswellia, glucosamine + chondroitin, MSM — for mild-to-moderate OA when chronic NSAIDs aren't the answer.
Anxiety stack (non-pharmaceutical)
