Certified creatine products compared

Bottom line

This page compares certification, not muscle gain. 22 brands had at least one creatine product on a public list when we checked on 15 October 2026. The table shows one example per brand, preferring plain monohydrate when that exact name was listed. Flavors and blends stay on the brand page. A seal applies only to the named product. SupplementScore is not paid by any of these brands and does not link to a shop.

Creatine quality and creatine efficacy are different questions. Efficacy is creatine monohydrate at about 3 to 5 grams a day. Quality, here, means only that the product name was on a certifier's public list. ConsumerLab results are not included because they are not on a public page.

How to read the table

NSF Certified for Sport and Informed-Sport test for banned substances as well as identity. Informed-Choice is the consumer version of the LGC program, not the same list as Informed-Sport. NOW Sports creatine on the Informed-Sport list is included. That does not mean NOW vitamin products are USP Verified. They were not on the USP directory. Transparent Labs entries on the list are creatine HMB products, so the example is HMB, not a plain monohydrate we did not see.
