What it is
A water-soluble bile acid that protects liver cells from damage caused by toxic bile acids. Used clinically in Europe for cholestatic liver disease. A 2024 review found it significantly improves liver enzyme levels in fatty liver disease. Also shows emerging neuroprotective properties in early Parkinson and ALS research. Take on an empty stomach for best absorption. More expensive than other liver support options.
