Dose

No standardised oral dose. Traditional use: chew 1 fresh flower head or apply 5–10 drops of tincture topically to gums for short-term tooth-pain relief. Limited modern clinical data.

Time of day & tips

Chewing a fresh flower head produces an intense tingling and numbing sensation — this is normal. Topical application to gums for toothache is the traditional use. Not a substitute for dental care.
