What it is

A traditional Chinese berry used for stress resilience and liver protection for over 2,000 years. Animal studies are promising, but human trial evidence is very limited. May modestly improve endurance and reduce mental fatigue. The five distinct flavors it contains (sweet, sour, salty, bitter, spicy) are unique among medicinal plants.
