Reishi spore oil (triterpenoid extract)

Adaptogen · Immune · Liver
Tier 3 — Trending

What it is

A lipid-soluble fraction extracted from cracked Ganoderma lucidum spores, concentrating ganoderic-acid triterpenoids that are largely absent from standard fruiting-body reishi powders. Animal data support immunomodulatory and hepatoprotective effects; human trial evidence remains thin and is mostly from East Asian oncology adjunct studies. Distinct from generic reishi and considerably more expensive per dose. Cracked-spore certification matters — uncracked spores are essentially indigestible.
