What it is

African cherry tree bark extract used for prostate health in Europe for decades. A Cochrane review found it modestly improves urinary symptoms in men with enlarged prostate, but overall trial quality was generally low. Evidence is modest but consistent across studies. Generally well tolerated with few side effects at recommended doses.
