Tier 3 — Trending

What it is

Concentrated extract from olive (Olea europaea) leaves standardised to oleuropein, the dominant polyphenol. Small RCTs show modest blood-pressure lowering and improvements in lipid profile and oxidised LDL, plus traditional antimicrobial use. Generally very well tolerated. Standardisation matters — products vary from 6% to 40% oleuropein content.
