What it is

Standardised to 2.5% thymoquinone for consistent dosing. Sahebkar 2016 (J Funct Foods, lipids) and Daryabeygi-Khotbehsara 2017 (Complement Ther Med, glycaemic) meta-analyses found significant reductions in fasting blood sugar, HbA1c, LDL, and blood pressure in metabolic syndrome and type 2 diabetes. Evidence is stronger than most metabolic herbs. Short-term safety is well established; long-term data is limited.
