Magnesium orotate

Cardiovascular · Athletic · Energy
Tier 3 — Trending

What it is

Combines magnesium with orotic acid, which plays a role in cellular energy and heart muscle function. A few older European studies suggest benefit for heart failure. The most expensive magnesium form with the least general-use evidence. Rarely justified over glycinate, citrate, or malate forms for most people.
