What it is

Cold-pressed from hemp seeds, providing a favourable omega-6 to omega-3 ratio (roughly 3:1). Contains no meaningful CBD or THC. Small studies suggest benefits for eczema and dry skin when taken orally or applied topically. A reasonable plant-based fatty acid source, but not a substitute for EPA and DHA from fish oil. Very safe.
