What it is

A traditional Chinese longevity food rich in zeaxanthin and polysaccharides. Small trials show modest improvements in well-being and immune markers. Supports macular health via zeaxanthin. Very safe as a food, but meaningfully enhances warfarin's anticoagulant effect. Benefits are real but similar to other antioxidant-rich berries.
