What it is

Your body's master antioxidant, essential for detoxification and immune defense. The Sinha 2018 RCT (Eur J Clin Nutr, n=54, 6 months) found liposomal glutathione raised blood levels meaningfully compared to placebo. Standard oral forms are poorly absorbed and mostly destroyed in digestion. You must use liposomal or S-acetyl forms for meaningful absorption.

Time of day & tips

Take on an empty stomach 30 min before a meal for best liposomal absorption. Avoid taking with dairy — it may reduce the liposomal delivery.
