What it is

A brown seaweed extract from Korea and Japan containing unique polyphenols called phlorotannins. Small trials show modest improvements in blood circulation, sleep quality, and inflammation markers. Only a handful of human studies have been completed, many industry-sponsored. Generally well tolerated with no serious side effects reported. More independent research is needed.
