What it is

The primary structural omega-3 fat in the brain and retina, sourced from algae instead of fish. Provides the same DHA found in fish oil but is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Time of day & tips

Take with a meal containing fat to improve absorption. Morning or evening works equally well. Avoid taking with blood thinners without medical guidance.
