5–15 mL/day pure C8 MCT oil; start with 5 mL to avoid GI distress

Time of day & tips

Start with a small amount (5 mL) in the morning and build up over 1–2 weeks to avoid stomach upset. Best added to a drink (coffee, smoothie) rather than taken neat. Take with or without food, but morning dosing capitalises on the alertness effect.
