What it is

A trace mineral with no established daily requirement. Observational data links dietary boron to joint health, bone density, and possibly testosterone in men with low boron intake. European food safety authorities set an upper safe limit of 10 mg per day. Generally safe at low doses. Most people get some boron from fruits, nuts, and vegetables.
