What it is

A methyl donor that helps your body convert homocysteine back to methionine, reducing cardiovascular risk. Time of day & tips

Take with food and plenty of water — large doses can cause fishy body odour. Morning with breakfast is a good time. Safe to combine with B12 and folate.
