What it is
From the African baobab tree fruit with 6 times more vitamin C than oranges and 50% soluble fibre by weight. Small trials show it significantly reduces glycaemic response with carbohydrate-rich foods. Rich in polyphenols and minerals. Very safe with centuries of dietary use in Africa. Clinical evidence as a supplement is limited.
