Dose

600–1,200 mg/day for general use; 1,200–2,400 mg/day for OCD/addiction in 2 divided doses with food

Time of day & tips

Take with food to reduce stomach upset. Space 2 hours from blood-thinning medications. Can be taken morning and evening. Avoid with chemotherapy unless supervised by an oncologist.

Cycling
